    退一步的4月復健路

    受傷路第三個月,復健路不如想想像的快
    (第九週)4/5日踏帶著愉悅的心情,到羅東減肥去,看完醫生到綠博會,忍痛走了半天,想想這樣可能對腳的復原更快吧,
                  慘慘慘......,回到家才發現整支小腿腫一倍大吧,4/7日復建師說沒看過這麼看走路的人,是自討苦吃吧,這樣的路程又讓復健退步一週吧
     
    第十週)  4/12不怕死的自己,又到了林口哈去假扮貴婦看房子去,進了接待中心,小姐可能看不起打扮不起眼的四個人,回覆我們他們都只有大坪數的,總價都很高
                  哈哈哈....雪碧回答的真好,請大王賣幾張股王就夠買了啊....(代價又是腫腫的小腿)
                  詢問復健師的結果才知,原來走路腳不腫還要2-3個月,天啊.......要到6月.....
     
    第十一週) 4/14雙腳踏上小小的蹺蹺板訓練本體平衡感及腳力,才知原來很久未使用的腳本體平衡不在了....,
                      4/17練單腳平衡了,唉...怎麼就是放不開雙手,跟本無法站穩..... 
                     唉,受傷的左腿沒好,右腳支撐不了肥胖的整身重量,韌帶發炎,連蹲下來都難了....
                  
     
    4/21(第十一週)開始將開刀的肌腱做柔濘了,痛到不行又不能大叫..,但想想再忍痛二週就快好了.....唉..高興太早
                   慘慘慘...怎麼才柔濘一次就發炎啊....原本較清快的步伐快開始痛了.....(.又退步一週了)
                   回骨科看診才知可能開刀腳內的肌腱縫線跟本體無法共存,可能發炎了...怎麼會這樣
     
    4/28(第十二週) 腳退腫了,復健師研究我的腳,發炎好像退不少了...賭性堅強的自己,問那要再試試開始柔濘修理了嗎?
                 復健師大笑他母親沒幫他生膽....(哈沒膽啦)...在休息一週吧
